WHAT IS INVOLVED IN A CONSULTATION
Before your first consultation you will be required to fill in a nutritional profiling questionnaire., This will provide details of your symptoms, diet, lifestyle, health and family history. Your initial consultation will last an hour and will include a detailed discussion of your questionnaire to establish possible underlying issues leading to your healthconcerns. An eating and lifestyle plan will be agreed upon, taking into account dietary preferences and lifestyle. The plan is tailor-made to your individual requirements and is designed to be achievable.
Supplement recommendations may form part of the program and there may also be recommendations for diagnostic tests in order to further identify health concerns.
